Caremont Appointment Reminder Service

Caremont provides SMS messaging services on behalf of dental practices that use the Caremont platform. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your interactions with a participating dental clinic. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment rescheduling or cancellation notifications, and follow-ups related to your visit or inquiry. These messages are transactional and service-related, not promotional.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with the dental practice. You may receive messages before scheduled appointments or in response to your requests.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Caremont for that clinic.
