By providing your phone number to a dental practice using Caremont, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointments or inquiries. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@caremont.ai.

We do not sell or share SMS consent or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform
